What Could Be The Blister On Top Of The Natal Cleft?

I have a little blister on top of my bum crack and it s itchy I ve had clear fluid come out no blood and it seems to feel better? I ve had this and it normally scabs over and heals itself no pain . Only after some periods I get it happened 2/3 times now ? I ve put sudo cream on and seems to have helped ? Wondering what it may be ?
