What Could Be The Bump On Inner Thigh Which Is Sore?

I have a small bumb on my inner thigh has been there about a month and is a little sore and now looks like a blood blister. I had one just like it on my lower stomach that went away and left a tiny scar. I don;t know what it is or if it should be treated.
