What Could Be The Bump On The Leg That Has Black Head, When Pressed Black Pus Comes Out That Stinks?

Hello my name is unique and I have a lil bump on my leg looks like a pimple it black head when I press on it black pus comes out and it smell I'm had it for a while now everything I squeeze all the pus out it re fills back up what do you this it can be????

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM

Seems to be Sebaceous cyst. It has a central punctum through which it can discharge a foul smelling chessy material.

Treatment is surgical removal of the cyst in totality along with the cyst wall OR else it can recur.
