Hello I'm In California And Have Not Had Sex In Nearly 6 Months, I Have Been Screened For STDs And All Test Have Come Back Negative And Non Reactive, However I Am Having Strange Looking Bumps On My Scrotum And The Head Of My Penis, My Doctor Gave Me Pills But The Problem Is Still There
