What Could Be The Bumps Outside Vagina?

I woke up this morning with two bumps on the outside of my vagina and I was really sore down there. I thought the bumps were just ingrown hairs so I paid no attention to it. However, when I just looked again, I now have multiple bumps growing inside my vagina. There also appears to be bruising of some kind around a few of the bumps. I m extremely scared. What could this be?
