What Could Be The Cause Cause For Shaking Feeling?

Hello , I have a question re my 18 yr old daughter, she is constantly saying that she feels like she is shaking from the inside out, I ve checked her blood sugar and it s good, My fear is her great grandmother suffered from ALS , if we have done every test possible, what else could be the cause of this. and she is nauseus
