General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Irregularities in the menstrual cycle are to be expected during perimenopausal age. This is likely to be unrelated to dizziness. If the dizziness is persisting, then follow up with your primary provider for a detailed evaluation of dizziness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
