What Could Be The Cause Of A Green Blister On Bottom Of Foot?

my daughter woke up in Cancun hotel room this morning with a green blister on the bottom of her foot close to the toe. When she arrived back to Philadelphia she had to use a wheel chair cause she couldn t walk on that foot. her friends are taking her to the ER. do you have any idea what it could be from?

It seems to be pyoderma which is a bacterial infection of the skin. She requires a course of oral and topical antibiotics.
