What Could Be The Cause Of Abscesses In Vaginal Area And Underarms?

I have a number of abscesses on my body I have 1big one on the crease of my vaginal area I also have them under my arms one big one and the others haven t come up yet they are painful from time to time but these are painless right now but leaves a lump under my skin....what could cause this?

From your history and description, I understand that you are having multiple boils on your body which are recurrent.
This is called as recurrent furunculosis.
It is caused by an infection of your hair follicles by a bacteria. Failure to treat the infection completely could lead to the bacteria persisting in the certain areas of your skin which could lead to recurrences.
You need to take a course of antibiotics like cloxacillin or amoxycillin.
You can also apply an antibiotic cream containing 2% Mupirocin or 1% Fusidic acid twice a day for 10-14 days.
You could benefit from taking multivitamins and Vitamin C supplements which will help to boost your immunity.
Avoid reverse shaving in hair bearing areas.
Keep the areas dry as much as possible.
