What Could Be The Cause Of Chest Tightness While Exercising, Having Pacemaker?

when I exercise or use my arms in a swinging motion; my chest gets tight and my vocal chords feel coated and i can ,only speak in a whisper. I have a pacemaker which was tweaked a week ago, relieving the throat tightness, but it recurred today. any ideas

Thanks for your query.
From your history it seems to me that probably you are suffering from vocal cord dysfunction syndrom. You must have a visit to an ENT specialist to check your vocal cord movement during the symptomatic period and also you should undergo a spirometric testing to prove the diagnosis and also to exclude other diagnosis.
