What Could Be The Cause Of Chronic Rib And Chest Pains That Worsen While Breathing?

Hi im a female and ive been getting chronic pains in my ribs and chest for about 7 months now it’s mainly my left side and it’s really tender on my left rib cage. I also get pain when I breathe at the top of my back I generally have no clue what it is but it’s getting worse and I don’t know what to do.
