What Could Be The Cause Of Deep Body Chills, Freezing Hands With A Gyrating And Popping Sound In The Neck ?

deep body chills, frezzing cold hands , and pins and needles , with a sort of very low body vibration , have a gratting and popping sound in my neck, I also have blood in my stalls , being treated for a fissure but I m not convince. gp seems to be getting fed up with me and puts it all down to anxiety !. By the way I have had a brain MRI and seen a cardioligist and all clear.
