What Could Be The Cause Of Discomfort In Ear While Breathing?

Every once in a while when I breath in and out of my nose it feels like my right eardrum is moving back and forth as I breath. It seems like I could breath in and out of that ear. There s no pain but it is aggervating. And it sounds like having water in your ear but there is non and just wondering what could be causing it

It could be a patulous eustachian tube. Can you hear your own voice louder then the diagnosis is confirmed? See an ent consultant..
