What Could Be The Cause Of Fever In The Evenings?
My Hubby is having fever from last friday..earlier it was coming with shivering and doctor suggest to get UTI checked. we got just5/6 pus CELL/HPF which is normal according to our doc. He is taking all medicines suggested by doc..a 3 day course with antibiotics..but still he is getting fever in evenings

Is it low grade fever or high grade....
I would like to rule out tuberculosis as this disease can present with evening rise of temperature.
Was a urine culture test done?
Also blood investigations to rule out typhoid , malaria, dengue etc.
