What Could Be The Cause Of Having Pain On Both Sides Of Head In Back Of Ears While Wearing Glasses And Bending?

Hi, I experience very bad pain on both sides of my head in the back behind the ears. I only have this pain while wearing my glasses and bending over to pick something up as soon as I stand up and remove my glasses the pain subsides. Any ideas as to what could be the cause of this?
