Good afternoon Doctor,
This is for my brother who is suffering from severe headache and heaviness in neck for the past 5-6 days with no much change.he had seen a Doc and had his MRI done but all clear.He is now on painkillers and some medicine with no much change.I wonder what could it be.....

please get his xray cervical spine ..he is suffering from cervical strain ..you need some painkillers for a few days ...and neck exercises
