What Could Be The Cause Of Heaviness And Twitching In Eyes?

Hey how's it going?
My eye feels really heavy and twitching but its been going on for a few weeks...all of sudden its watery, stings, nosie is stuffy...I can't reaLly focus on anything because it really hurts so I took a nap after I got off work but it feels like it got worse...

It seems from the history that you are having watery eyes with stinging, twitching of eyes , difficulty to focus associated with stuffy noise.
All these symptoms indicate respiratory tract infection with infection or inflammation of the eyes.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics, antiinflammatory and decongestant drugs.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
