What Could Be The Cause Of Hot Sensation On Foot With No Pain And Lump Near The Spine Mean?

For the last 48 hours every minute or less, I suddenly get a hot sensation on the top of my left foot but with no pain. Occasionally, the warmth is felt on the back side of my left leg as well. It started after about a week or so ago after I discovered a lump on the base of my skull where the neck and skull meets just to the right of the spine. Should I be concerned enough to go see a doctor or is this just a pinched nerve?

Hi. Pinched nerve in the neck can not cause hot sensation in the foot.
But a spinal condition can. You should take a consultation of a Neurologist for a complete clinical examination , so that he can find out which part of the spine needs MRI.
A proper diagnosis is very important. It would be very good for you to find the cause at an early stage to avoid further complications.
