What Could Be The Cause Of Missed Period?

hi am tomi my priod was supposed to start on the 15th of this month and did not show,i want to ask if it could be due to the fact that i took postinol twice in one month,but i used a pregnancy test on the 17 and about 5 days after and they both came out negative

Hi,

Repeat pregnancy test on 45th day and if still negative, take Progesterone tablets twice daily after consulting a nearby doctor.
