What Could Be The Cause Of Nasal Block?

Hi, I am having this nasal block these days. I use a spray for that it relieves my nose block for about 10 hours after which it blocks again. Any idea why is this occuring and how can i get rid of it ?

P.S. Happens alot in Summer and less in Winter

This sounds like allergic rhinitis and you need prescription Nasonex to deal with it. To long a use of a decongestant nasal spray can actually make the condition worse
