What Could Be The Cause Of Odd Dizzy Spell, Fluid Coming Out From Ear?

In the past few days I have had the odd dizzy spell but this morning I have had several, mostly when bending down or lifting my head up. I have some fluid in one ear and have been told the other has narrowed to compensate, drops to get of the fluid several months ago didn t work. What do you think?
