What Could Be The Cause Of Pain In My Left Buttock From An Injection During A Previous Abortion, And How Can I Overcome It?

Hi,I did abortion back in 2012 but I normally feel pain on my left buttock where I was injected,what might be the problem,and how can I overcome this pain please? And also help me way I can concieve coz I have been trying many times but all is in vain
