Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms your boyfriend is having might be due to:

- anemia (get a complete blood profile)
- stress
- work overload
- hypoglycemia (check blood sugar when he becomes extremely tired)

Advise him to:
- have the meals regularly
- eat often and small portions
- get enough sleep
- avoid energetic drinks or coffee

Take care!
