hi,
If your heart tests are normal, than most common causes of rapid heart beat are either thyroid problem or severe anxiety.
You should discuss your physician for Thyroid test and rule it out
There is no specific test for anxiety, but it is a diagnosis of clinical features and exclusion of other diseases.
for anxiety, there are many medicines including like beta blockers. these can also reduce your heart beat to normal.
Hope this will help
