What Could Be The Cause Of Red Skin Patches And Morning Diarrhea

Every day for almost 1 month I always have red skin patches all over my body, it feels hot but not itchy. It usually appears at noon and night and lasted for hours. In the morning I always have diarrhea I go to hospital to check my stool and the resust of my fecalysis is normal. Can anyone tell me my possible condition or what to do to determine this condition?
