What Could Be The Cause Of Sharp Pains In Vagina?

Hi, I'm 37 weeks pregnant on Tuesday Im getting little sharpe pains in my vergina that only last a split second I'm getting period pains most of the day feel like I constantly need my bowels open but can't always go and my bump has dropped and I'm getting very thick light yellow mucus does this mean labour soon??
