Hello
It seems from the history that your 15 month old baby is having redness of eyes following horrible vomiting.
This can be because of bleeding under conjunctiva called as subconjunctival hemorrhage.
Subconjunctival hemorrhage is a painless condition and it will resolve over 2 to 3 weeks and no treatment is generally required.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for confirmation of diagnosis.

Thank you
