I had sex 3 days ago protected with condom, she gave me a blowjob before sex and prior to ejaculation . I felt like it was hurting from her using her teeth against my penis however now I have a pimple like bump on the bottom of my penis. Im hoping it s not an Std, it is 1 bump under the skin

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of the glans of your penis ( Ballanitis) due to rough oral sex.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
