What Could Be The Dark Bright Red Mark On Penis Gland?

Hello
I have noticed a dark bright red/purple mark appear on my penis glans.
It faded and disappeared after a few days but scared me to death with worry! I left it a week and it faded but left a slight imprint of where it was originally.
I did not masturbate for a week, and then gave in, and noticed another red/purple mark appear after ejeculation.
It has really worried me! The one mark, and a few very small ish pin-prick dots too. Nothing raised. No lumps, no itching, no soarness...
PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU !

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Most probably it could be a hemorrhage. There are small vessel ruptures which leads to blood oozing out in the penile tissue which causes it redness. Normally there is no itching or pain. Just let the part rest for a few days as this will heal on its own and nothing much has to be done.
