What Could Be The Dark Patch Of Skin Underneath My Scrotum Which Is Itchy?

Hi, I have a dark patch of skin underneath my scrotum on my inner thigh. It is very itchy and the flesh underneath it almost seems to not there. Any idea what this might be? I have had this for about 3 months but put it down to my underwear rolling up on my leg and rubbing.

Hi,

It may be fungal infection, tinea cruris most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply anti-fungal cream like Clotrimazole and to take anti-fungal tablets like tab Ketoconazole with antihistamines like Cetirizine 10 mg.
