What Could Be The Firm Lump On The Side Of Neck?

Hi I have a smallish (maybe about a centimeter in size) lump on the side of my neck that I noticed about an hour ago. It does not hurt, and is firm to touch. It only hurts after I have moved it around a bit. DO you have any idea what this could be? Thanks.

Hi,
Nothing to worry, it seems that you might be having some enlarged lymph node over that area.
There is a possibility of having some infection in surrounding area like scalp, ear etc.
Ok and take care.
