What Could Be The Frequent Arrhythmia With Dizziness And Trouble In Breathing?

I've had the harmless arrhythmias, I get them every once in a while, they take my breath away but only last a few seconds. I recently experienced an arrhythmia that last more than a few seconds and nearly caused me to black out. the room went dim and I got extremely dizzy. I started breathing deeply and it subsided. Still a bit weak and disoriented, but I'm curious about the change. Was dealing with anxiety at the time. Got any answers?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and thanks for this.

Did you get an EKG that documented this arrhythmia? If this is not the case, please do before you conclude on that. Your symptoms are suggestive of panic attacks or anxiety disorder. Talk to a doctor for proper evaluation and management.

Thanks and wish you well.
