What Could Be The Hard Mass Above Vagina After Guitar Thrown At Pelvis Area?

I got a bass guitar thrown at my pelvis area about three weeks ago. I bruised and swelled up. I was in a lot of pain for about five days. All of that went away and now there is a hard mass above my vagina where my pubes area and I am about a half of a month late on my period and %100 not pregnant. What could the mass be? Could it be a bone?

Hello,

The hard mass can appear due to a local soft tissue injury causing a hematoma. Doing a cold compress can help. This is likely to subside in 2 weeks with rest and mild pain killers.
