What Could Be The Knot On The Back Near The Spine Which Started Two Weeks Ago?
Hi, how are you, I have a knot on my back near my spine and I noticed it right after a football game about 2weeks ago. Initially I though it was a skin laceration but when I looked in the mirror it was indeed a knot. I figured I would see if the knot would go down in a few days but it is still there and starting go have my back get tight (similar to a back spasm feel) Any idea what it could be?
