What Could Be The Life Expectancy Of A Person With Bladder Cancer?
hi my frend is 79 and has bladder cancer he has lost so much whait and has a catheter in all the time and has to have new stents in his kidneas all the time and no one is telling me how his long term is looking can u please give me some idea of things to come thank u james

Hello,
To say a number is very hard, as it depends on many factors: underlying conditions, type of treatment and response to it, and most importantly the stage. Assuming from the description I'm guessing he's just on palliative treatment and it has extended, in that case the life expectancy for 5 years is at 35% more or less.
