What Could Be The Lump In My Throat?
Yes. My throat feel like a lump is in it even if am not swallowing anything. It also feel that way sometime when I am talking or crying. and the pain goes from my throat to middle of my chest to my back. I also get very shortness of breath when it feels like that when am upset and crying and I have to stop crying fat.

Read and understood your history of feeling a lump in the throat and pain goes from the throat to the chest to back; shortness of breath.
The probable causes are:
You are suffering from GERD / LRPD
Management:
- PPI
-Antacid
-Domperidone
If no relief, go for ENT endoscopy with upper GI endoscopy.
Get additional treatment as per the findings.
Soft bland diet
Avoid all foods and beverages that cause you such a problem
