What Could Be The Lump Of Skin Around Vagina?

Hi I had my baby 6 Weeks ago I had a vontose birth with an episiotemy andlots of stitches. I also had 4 hematomas the next day after birth.
I have found a lump of skin sticking out of my vagina today right at the bottom of the opening.. It moves freely and is not sore. What could it be? I'm really concerned thanks xx
