What Could Be The Lumps Around My Ears?

hey I have these lumps around my ears with puss sacks, they come and go for a few years now. what is it? could it be that my ears are not being washed properly? Do i need to see a doctor or just wash properly? and what kind of doctor will I need to see?

This can be due to seborrhoeic dermatitis.
Get a diagnosis by consulting either an ENT surgeon or a Dermatalogist.
