What Could Be The Mass Close To Neck Which Is Very Mobile?

There is a mass in my neck close to the base on my left side that is very mobile, and has been there for more or less 3.5-4 weeks. I remember having the same thing a few years back, but I can't remember if it went away or I forgot about it and this is it.

Hi. The mobile mass of 4 weeks duration can most probably be due to enlargement of the lymph nodes. It can regress on its own if the septic focus it was draining gets OK.
Better to consult a Surgeon - ENT or so for a proper diagnosis and FNAC if needed , if medical management fails to resolve within a week.
