What Could Be The Oval Shaped Pea Size Lump Underneath Skin In Pelvic Area?

I have a oval shaped pea size lump underneath my skin in the pelvic area on my right side. It is not any color and doesn't hurt just a little discomfort when my underwear touches it at times. It is not on the bone part more tunder the skin next to it. What could it be?

There exists a possibility that that it can be enlarged lymph node but physical examination is required to comment anything upon .
