What Could Be The Painful White Discoloration Below The Lower Eye Lid?

I have a small -white discoloration on my lower eyelid at the margin of my lower lashes where I would normally use eyeliner -- at the midline of the lid it would be towards the nasal- side corner of my eye. That area feels painful like a stye but it is flat and OTC meds did nothing. I have had it for about 6 weeks. Please note I am a Caucasian fair-skinned female in her mid-60s. It is thin, perhaps 3mm along my lid. Thank you.

it appears to be scar of blepharitis or allergic involvement for use of cosmetic. Clean the lid margin with sterile swab. apply neosporine eye oint ment on lid margin. stop use of cosmetic for few days.The scar and pain will go.
