What Could Be The Painless Swollen Lymph Nodes In My Throat?

Hi Dr. I have had swollen lymph nodes in my throat for a couple of months now and am starting to get worried that it may be cancer. They are painless and I went to my physician when they first appeared. He tested me for a variety of common diseases like strep and mono and they all came back negative.
