Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pink fleshy structures coming out of the vagina can can be bartholin cyst or some growth coming out of vagina.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally, investigated including a biopsy if indicated and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
