What Could Be The Problem Having Upper Respiratory Infection, Abscess On The Under Arms And High Fever And On Cipro And Bacterium?

I started getting sick three weeks ago with an upper respitory infection then developed two groin abcesses then an right underarm abcess and now one on my face and in my mouth on my gum in the back. I been having 100 to 102 degree fevers and nausea and night sweats. The doctor lanced two of the abcesses the one on my left groin area and the one under my arm. Thay put me on cipro and bactrium and i am still sick. My heart rate ranges from 144 to 101. What is going on? When will i recover?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your concern, the chances of incfective inflammatory disease is very likely but this will respond to proper antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drugs and the best drug would be "Amoxicillin and clavulanic acid" "Ibuprofen" this the best drug regime and gives excellent result, have nice time.
