What Could Be The Reason For A Lump In The Middle Finger Which Is Purple Coloured ?

i have had a lump in my middle finger for years now i can see a slight bit of purple under my skin it doesnt bother me really but hurts with pressure and today noticed another movable hard lump in another finger it doesnt hurt but is larger and also purple under my skin im worried it could b a blood clot

It could be a dermoid which usually occurs after unnoticed sharp prick.
If it becomes painful it needs to be excised
