What Could Be The Reason For Appetite Loss And Stomach And Intestine Filled Of Gas?

I lost my apetite for the last four months, stomouch and interstains are filled with gas

my weight is 69 kgs , i am having fatty level - lost 5 kgs in 7 months (in June i was 74 kgs)

i got conducted the regular tests my SPGT level is 47

all other tests endoscopy, colonoscopy, CBP, ESR, are normal

what would be the reason for loss of apetite and

Thank for asking to HCM
If you have lost your appetite without any other obvious disease then it must be intestinal infection and by treating the condition with antibiotic on tentative basis will bring back your appetite, and the best drug would be "Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days, have nice day.
