As per your query you have the problem of bleeding gums and sensitive teeth which is because of inflammation and ulceration of gingival mucosa. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Visit the dentist once and get it examined. Go for quadrant scaling and root planing. Use listerine and betadine mouthwash. Do gargles after every meal to prevent bacterial accumulation. Go for curettage. Rinse mouth after every meal to prevent bacterial accumulation. Give cold packs to his gums to relieve pain and discomfort. If there is pain in gums anaesthetic gel application can help by giving numbing effect. The dentist may perform oral prophylaxis or may prescribe antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory.
