What Could Be The Reason For Burning Sensation In Chest And Lower Leg?

I ve been getting a burning feeling-that comes & goes-(UPPER, right side on my chest) It comes & goes. What, could it be?-Also, I ve been getting that feeling in my lower leg-RIGHT leg. I ve been working on my computer lately-could this be-WHY!!?? Thank You -for answering me back. Respectfully yours-Dawn McNabb/ I did have heart surgery in past-& I am overweight 205 lbs-height 5 3/ Seeing my cardiologist this week. Thank You!!! & God Bless.

Hi welcome to hcm
I understand your query and concern.
I advise you to get an ECG,2 D Echo ,lipid profile,hs CRP immediately to rule out an Myocardial ischemia of heart.Since your are known case of heart surgery,pain shouldnt be neglected.Coronary angiogram will be helpful to look for any blocks in the heart.Meanwhile Anti platelet drugs,lipid lowering drugs,Anti hypertensives will be helpful.Also monitor your blood pressure,heart rate,blood sugars regularly.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Restrict your salt intake to less than 6 g per day.
