What Could Be The Reason For Chest Pain, Left Arm Numbness And Tingling?

I m 17 years old and have lately been experiencing chest pain and left arm numbness and tingling. Feels like ny left arm is sleep. I also have shortness of breathe. I went to a cardiologist he said my ekg looked normal and I am scheduled to go back for a stress test... Could I just have a pinched nerve or something?

Hi and welcome to HCM. At your age cardiac causes of chest pain is least likely, so dont be tensed. Your chest pain could be just muscoloskeletal pain. Left arm numbness and tingling could be of neurological cause, which needs to be properly examined and treated. Go for stress test and later its better to consult a orthopedic surgeon also, who may suggest you undergo some tests to diagnose the condition. Also take Cap Omez D 20 mg 1-0-0 in morning before breakfast, if you are not taking any antacid. All the best
