What Could Be The Reason For Delayed Menses, Cramps And Lower Back Pain?

My period is delayed by 10 days and I see mild spotting for last 3 days. The home pregnancy test came negative, but i do have slight cramps and pain in lower back. I have a very prompt 28- day menstrual cycle for the last 1 year What could be the reason ?

To do this, your complete medical history might be needed coupled with some test like blood pregnancy test, pelvic ultrasound or Scan.
