What Could Be The Reason For Delayed Menses, Cramps And Lower Back Pain?

My period is delayed by 10 days and I see mild spotting for last 3 days. The home pregnancy test came negative, but i do have slight cramps and pain in lower back. I have a very prompt 28- day menstrual cycle for the last 1 year What could be the reason ?

With this presentation, I think it is necessary to rule out any possibility of an ectopic pregnancy. To do this, your complete medical history might be needed coupled with some test like blood pregnancy test, pelvic ultrasound or Scan.
